ABOUT ME

I am particularly interested in creating environments. In my work I use various media, from photography to sculpture, building spaces that reflect an individual personality or a sense of place and emotion.

In my portrait series, I build a space around the interests and personality of the subject. Each space is unique to the sitter, and reflects both my reactions to them, as well as their own vision of themselves. The images are a collaboration between the subject and myself, with shoots spanning sometimes more than six hours, as we explore our interaction.
